Monday Morning Coffee
By John Ryan

Monday Morning Coffee MLB playoff results continue to be strong. I am now 5-1 with my 5* MONSTER plays over the past 2 playoff seasons and I made over $6K wagering just $100 per * unit play and it also marked by 13th out of 14 seasons where i showed a significant profit for MLB. NHL is off to a very fast start going undefeated with a 5-0 +671 mark. Two of these winning plays were dogs so be sure to follow often times one of the easiest sports to make profits. CFB was strong winning my only 5* MONSTER play on Notre Dame and going 5-1 ATS for Saturday. Other winners were Texas, Florida Atlantic, and San Diego State, while Idaho lost by just a 1 point ATS. Despite losing 3 straight 5* plays with New Orleans, Green Bay, and the Cowboys I have still made $1980 wagering just $100 per * unit play. I am also now 10-5 ATS 67%) on MNF 5* MONSTER plays and 11-4 ATS SNF 5* MONSTER Plays.

Letís take a look at a very intriguing play that has been graded as a 3* LIVE MAJOR by the Ai Simulator. Penn State is the play and it is backed by a superb system that has gone 42-12 ATS for 78% since 2002. Play against road dogs after allowing 17 points or more in the first half in 2 straight games and is now facing an opponent after a win by 17 or more points. Just 2 weeks ago PSU was ranked 10th in the country. Wisconsin was as high as 5th before losing at unranked Illinois 31-26. The Badgers defense is poor in my opinion having given up 289 yards rushing to Illinois and 241 yards to Michigan State. In the MSU game they also gave up 323 yards passing. PSU does not have any individuals in the Top-5 of the Big 10 stats, but they are a well balanced team of 22 players each performing their role quite well. They do rank 5th in the Big 10 in scoring at 31.8 PPG.

Due to the balanced offensive attack Wisconsin will not be able to defend the run. If they bring men into the box or simply bring the SS to the LOS it will open up man coverages on the perimeter where PSU has big time advantages. This is what Illinois and MSU did well; spread the field and use RB in slot positions from time to time. Last, Illinois was an unranked team going against a top-10 foe and was favored by 2.5 points. Same applies here as PSU is not ranked and currently favored by 6.5 points. This is a case in point where the line is telling you something. Take PSU as the AiS shows a 77% probability that they will win this game by 8 or more points. Paterno is 15-6 ATS (+8.4 Units) in home games after failing to cover the spread in 3 out of their last 4 games as the coach of PSU. Paterno is 15-5 ATS (+9.5 Units) in home games after gaining 475 or more total yards in their previous game as the coach of PSU.

This will conclude this week's EDGE article and as always I wish good luck and the best of everything.
